“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall” – F. Scott Fitzgerald Autumn marks a time of transition, and we are set to embark on a critical change across Queensland with the implementation of Australian Curriculum v9.0 over the next few years. This Masterclass will help to set the agenda for this transformation by foregrounding the opportunities and affordances the new curriculum provides, and by offering a range of sage advice, strategies and opportunities to inform your own planning within your schooling contexts. ETAQ invites workshop proposals that deal with approaches to familiarisation and planning for the new curriculum; ideas for new units of work aligned with v9.0; and teaching and learning experiences for a diverse range of texts (particularly from First Nations authors and creators). Submissions by Friday 17 March 2023 would be appreciated.
