Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy

When a member or non-member pre-pays for a Saturday Seminar or Conference and subsequently is unable to attend, the following scale of refunds may apply:

  • Cancellation by the Tuesday prior to the event, a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation by the preceding Thursday, a refund of 50% after that there is no refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify the Administration Officer directly by email of any cancellation.

No refund is available for membership cancelled during the year.
