Early Career Conference 2025

The Early Career Conference will be held on Saturday 11 October 2025. Venue is St Laurence's College, South Brisbane

ETAQ is delighted to present the program for this event for your consideration. Download it at ECC Program. Registrations are now open and will close at 9am on Wednesday 8 October. However, we would encourage you to get your registration in by Monday 6 October or earlier.

Conditions of registration

1.      Change of persons registered - Sometimes schools may need to substitute one teacher for another on their registrations. This is fine but please notify the change to the Administration Officer so that we can prepare the appropriate Certificate of Participation, name tag and Individual program.

2.      Many schools prefer to receive an invoice for registration and pay on that rather than pay at the time of registration. We are happy to offer this convenience, but it must be recognised that registration commits you to payment.

3.      Cancellation Policy If you register and later wish to cancel, the following will apply:

a.      Cancel your registration by 6 October, you will receive a full refund of the face-to-face component of your registration fee and access to recorded sessions.

b.      Cancel on 7 October, you will receive a refund of 50% of the face-to-face component of your registration fee and access to recorded sessions.

c.      From 8 October no refund is possible, but you will receive access to the recordings.

Rural and regional members

You are very important; we don’t want you to miss out on any professional learning or other services. As is our usual practice, we will be recording the keynotes and a workshop in each session. Register now so you will get access to the recordings and any other materials that may accompany the recordings. These will be available within a week of the conference.

Members in the southeast corner who are unable to attend on the day may also wish to register for online participation.
