Jarred Adams

Jarred currently teaches at North Lakes State College across both middle and senior English. Since graduating in 2015 from QUT, he has had experience teaching both in the Queensland ATAR system, as well as the International Baccalaureate Diploma at one of the Queensland Academies. He is passionate about exploring embedding diversity education in schools in both policy and practice. Jarred is currently a QUT PhD candidate focusing on exploring how teacher educators construct gender and sexuality in initial teacher education programs. He also currently heads up ETAQ's Social Media Team, coordinating promotion and engagement across ETAQ's various social media platforms with its members.
